Yoga Nidra sound healing
Le Samedi 10 juin de 14h à 15h30
Let yourself be taken on a journey through your inner landscapes, a deep meditative travel which will open your heart. One can define yoga Nidra as a heartfelt state of conscious deep sleep.
One appears to be sleeping, but the unconscious mind is functioning at a deeper level: it is sleep with a trace of awareness. In normal sleep we lose track of our self, but in yoga Nidra, while consciousness of the world is dim and relaxation is deep, there remains an inward lucidity and experiences may be absorbed to be recalled later.
During the state that is yoga Nidra, the subconscious mind is much easier addresssed. Therefore stress/belief patterns can be released or altered, and change will be easier allowed into the subconscious mind.
To prepare ourselves for this deep relaxation meditation, we drop into our bodies through restorative yin, and simple pranayama practice.

Arianne is a seasoned yoga teacher and yoga therapist, who has worked with many people of different ages and abilities. She is fascinated by the healing language of our body/mind. Our ultimate communication source for spatial poetry, and yet the best thermometer of the self. Her classes are best described as luscious and caring. Reconnecting with the self, rediscovering, constantly inquiring, breathing through the moment that is now, are recurring aspects that define her style, on and off the mat. Sides her work as a yoga teacher, Arianne also creates and teaches dance and related events, she lives half of the the year in goa, india and the other half travels the rest of the world. During her travels she has encountered many wonderful teachers, with many different backgrounds in yoga, tcm and bodywork, that have touched her practice and teaching as it is today. Much gratitude goes out to them. She operates through her own company ‘tulsi treats’, through which she organises her workshops, classes, treats and retreats, in collaboration with others.
